HER3 and mutant EGFR meet MET
Article Abstract:
Studies conducted reveal that non-small-cell lung caners with activating mutations in the epidermal growth factor receptor (EGFR) develop resistance to tyrosine kinase inhibitors by recruiting the MET receptor kinase to activate HER3 and the P13K-Akt cell survival pathway.

An important difference
Article Abstract:
The discovery of mutations in the genome of tumour cells when transferred into other cells caused transformation is studied. It confirms that concept of the cellular oncogene by the cloning of cellular RAS, and the activating mutation is identified.
